Vi har skabt et klinikhotel, hvor de første 7 kontorer/klinikker nu er blevet udlejet, og fra 1. marts 2025 vil de næste 5 lokaler ud af 9 lokaler være klar til udlejning.
Til den tid vil der være i alt 16 kontorer i ejendommen i forskellige størrelser, primært til 1 og 2 personer. Der er desuden et stort fælles mødelokale, samt køkken og the-køkken, der kan bruges af ejendommens lejere.
Herudover er der flere fællesområder, hvor lejernes kunder kan opholde sig. I juni 2025 forventer vi desuden at kunne tage vores nye træningslokale-/arrangementslokale på ca. 60 m2 i brug. Flere af ejendommen nuværende lejere har efterspurgt et træningslokale, hvor de kan arrangere holdtræning m.v. for deres kunder.
Priser for enkeltmandskontor fra 2.250 kr./måned. Internet, varme, el, brug af mødelokale og rengøring af fælleslokaler er inkluderet i lejen. Hertil kommer gratis parkering for både lejere og deres kunder.
Hvis du har brug for et større antal kontorlokaler til din virksomhed med egen adgang til the-køkken og to toiletter, er der mulighed for at leje 5 kontorer og fællesarealer på samlet ca. 150 m2
