Detta kontor är perfekt för det lilla teamet som vill ha närheten till allt. Kontoret innehåller en egen del med två perfekta kontorsrum och badrum med dursch samt en stor delad yta med nyrenoverat kök och härlig matsalsdel. Vi är ett härligt team på 20 anställda som ser fram emot att dela kontor med er.
Inredning:
Detta är ett stort nyrenoverat sekelskifts kontor på tredje våningen med högt i tak samt flera stora fina kakelugnar. Kontoret erbjuder ett fullt utrustat delat kök, med en välplanerad matsalsdel samt eget badrum innehållande toalett och dursch. Kontoret består av två egna rum som båda går att använda som kontorsdelar eller om man vill ha en som arbetsdel och de andra som mötesrum. Båda rummen innehåller stora fönster vilket gör att det är bra ljusinsläpp i lokalen. Som hyresgäst kommer du även ha tillgång till projektor i matsalsdelen samt enklare förvaring.

You will have your own private rooms (2) and WC, with access to the large, fully furnished kitchen that you will share with us.

Big and bright office on the third floor. This "sekelskift" office is perfect for you who wants to stay in the heart of Stockholm, with access to all modern amenities with a classical feel. The office itself counts with high ceilings, large windows, and five beautiful sekelskift chimneys, which add unique character to the space. The office is equipped with a fully furnished shared kitchen and dining area, as well as a private WC with shower. The premises have two office rooms in total, one optional working space, and a meeting room that can be changed as desired. The rooms have large windows that contribute to good lighting. As a tenant, you have access to the board and projector in the shared kitchen area, as well as the storage room. The full office space was newly renovated during the summer of 2023.
Surroundings and neighbourhood
Just a fifteen-minute walk from Stockholm Central Station and eleven minutes from Odenplan, this gem is located in the middle of the city, two minutes away from Vasagatan and Drottninggatan.
